[36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors soiled throughout entire restaurant kitchen, dining, front line, bathroom, dish room. This violation addressed on previous inspection with call back due 6-2-26.

Three trays containing raw hamburger meat stored on shelf above pans containing fully-cooked bacon and mushrooms inside reach-in cooler at cookline. Employee moved both items to another shelf during this inspection.

[41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Aerosol can containing glass cleaner stored beside single-use straws on shelf below front counter. An employee removed the chemicals from the shelf during this inspection.
