  • [21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. On prep table cooler. Operator removed
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Ice in handsink at bakery Employee filled ice container at handsink at salad station
  • [06-09-1] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Salmon operator removed from freezer this morning. Operatorcut open package.
