[31B-06-4] Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Soap dispenser next to hand wash sink at front counter. Operator placed bottle of soap to the side of hand wash sink until dispenser is repaired.
[22-42-4] Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed in kitchen triple sink reading 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Operator remade solution to 100ppm chlorine.
