  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No quaternary test kit observed.
  • [16-62-1] No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Missing at hand handsink across from walk in cooler. Roll of paper towels place at the hand handsink.
  • [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Could not be provided for employee present handling food. Discussed with manager and emailed a Food Employee Reporting Agreement form.
  • [27-16-4] Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Handsink in prep area not dispensing any water. Hot water turned on.
