The operator educated the employees on proper gloves and handwashing procedures.

The operator stated the mix had been held out for approximately 3 hours. The operator voluntarily discarded the above potentially hazardous foods. The operator was emailed a time as public health control form.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw grouper stored over sauce squeeze bottles in the reach in cooler at the end of the cook line. The raw grouper was properly stored.
