- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing: hand-wash sink on the cook line used as a dip sink as evidenced by ice in it.
- [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: carbon dioxide tank connected to the soda dispensing machine is secured to prevent it from falling.
- [41-05-4] Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment: can of ant and roach spray on kitchen under table.
- [12A-09-4] Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled: cooked used gloved hands to grab raw shrimp to place on flattop grill and then grabbed the spatulas without changing her gloves. Inspector had her stop, remove the gloves, take the spatulas to the dish room, get clean spatulas, wash her hands, and put on new gloves.
