Observed compartment with open space, person in charge moved to reach in freezer to rapidly chill. Rice on cook line at 64F. Person in charge states was brought out from walk in cooler approximately 30mins ago. Moved to walk in cooler.
[27-16-4] Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. No hot water for establishment. Water is at 70F during inspection. Per person in charge hot water heater is due to be delivered Monday. Person in charge provided email confirmation.
