- [03F-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined: establishment uses the Time as a Public Health Control program but the sushi rice at the sushi bar does not have a time label on it. Manager corrected. No Stop Sale issued as time marked is two hours.
