[14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food: observed plastic containers in bins of rice, sugar, panko, and cornstarch. General Manager removed the containers.
[10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container: observed scoop handles in bins of rice, sugar, and panko touching the products. General Manager stood the scoops so the handles were in an upright position and not touching the food products.
[42-03-5] Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles: observed a bucket with cleaning supplies sitting on a shelf over pan liners. General Manager moved the bucket to another area.
[08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged: observed raw chicken on sheet pans on a speed rack over raw beef on a sheet pan over shrimp on sheet pans. General Manager rearranged everything for proper storage.
