Inspector discussed with employees who began to remove fish from plastic to resume thawing.

  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw scallops stored above ready to eat sauces in walk-in cooler. Raw chicken in standing reach-in freezer above rice paper. Both items were relocated for proper safe storage.
