  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed plates not inverted at kitchen.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee put gloves on and handle clean utensils without washing his hands first Manager coached employee on proper glove use and hand washing . Employees washed hands hands and then put gloves to serve food.
