MFDV 2360368 is storing food inside of establishment and per operator establishment is used as a prep kitchen for MFDV 2360368. As per provisos "Establishment is limited to food items that do not require cooking or hot holding as part of food preparation." Advised manager that establishment Must resubmit updated plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011.
