In the reach in cooler at preparation area by the front counter observed flan (56F - Cold Holding); tres leches cake (55F - Cold Holding); chocolate cake filled with cream (57F - Cold Holding), operator stated that all these desserts have been in the cooler for over 4 hours. Operator discarded food while finishing the Inspection Report.
