Rechecked temperature at end of inspection cheese at 44F-45F and pasta salad at 41F

Also, box with single service lids for to go containers stored on floor on front service line. Operator removed wrapped lids to properly store.
[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed multiple soda nozzles on self dispensing soda machine soiled. Also, white deflector plate in ice machine soiled. Also, conveyor oven on cook line has accumulation of food debris.
