[08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw chicken over the raw beef, and egg rolls in the white tall freezer to the right of the walk-in cooler.
[31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The hand sink by the red microwave is blocked with a gas thermostat box.
[31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. The hand sink by the cook like had a metal bottle in it. The operator moved the bottle.
[31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. The hand sink by the cook line. The operator placed paper towels.
[35A-03-4] Dead roaches on premises. 2 dead roaches, under the black carts on the floor right by the door when you walk into the kitchen. 1 dead roach, by the mop sink area. 3 dead roaches, by the water heater area. 3 dead roaches, under the blue carts in the back dry storage area. The operator swept up the dead roaches and sanitized the area.

[23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hood filters soiled with an accumulation of grease and food debris and top of fryers soiled with an accumulation of grease.
[29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler to the left of the fryers. Discussed in depth with operator and employee.
[22-48-5] Establishment using a sanitizer solution that does not meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed incorrect bleach being used as a sanitizer to clean food contact surfaces. Employee went to the store and brought back approved sanitizer.
