  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw chicken wings being stored over buckets of soy sauce.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Gaskets on small freezer next to fryers in poor repair.
  • [21-04-4] In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets through out soiled with mold like substance and old food debris.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On storage shelf above triple sink.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In corn starch bag.
  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Open and operating, serving customers. Notified operator that license is expired. Operator renewed license during inspection.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Soy sauce, fryer oil, cornstarch all stored on floor throughout. Buckets of chicken stored on floor in walk in. Box of fish stored on floor in freezer.
  • [08B-27-4] Food placed in soiled container/equipment. Observed two empty shelled egg cartons with rolled up wontons, in walk in freezer. Being used to contain shape of wontons. See stop sale
