  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. On bottom shelf of steam table, spray bottle of yellow liquid not labeled. Owner stated it is a cleaner and labeled bottle.
  • [08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In reach in freezer in back of kitchen next to prep table, tied plastic bags of raw fish over tied plastic bags of ready to eat pork. Operator moved raw pork to top above raw products.

  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In flip top reach in cooler on cook line, pan of raw shelled eggs stored on shelf above uncovered containers of cut vegetables. Operator put raw shelled eggs on bottom shelf.
  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave on cook line on top of refrigerator soiled with food debris.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Multiple gaskets throughout kitchen soiled/torn.
  • [12A-03-4] Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Operator raised hands in 3 compartment sink after coming in from dumpster area.
  • [08A-02-6] Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In first reach in freezer to right when entering kitchen, open bag of raw shrimp stored on top of plastic tub of cooked chicken loosely covered with plastic wrap. Operator moved raw shrimp to side of chicken container with other raw seafood products. Also, in second reach in freezer to right when entering the kitchen, open bag of raw pork dumplings stored on top of open bag of cream cheese dumplings. Operator pulled everything out and put back in reach in freezer in proper storage levels.
