[08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Upon inspection, observed bottles of hot sauce stored under wok area on the floor on cook line. Operator placed bottles on storage shelf during inspection.
[08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Upon inspection, observed sheet pans containing raw chicken stored above raw pork wontons in walk-in freezer.
