When seated properly, the door remains sealed and closed. Employees currently not using the side of the freezer with the broken door. Side door to the walk-in cooler with broken door handle.
  • [36-11-4] Floors not maintained smooth and durable. Cracked tile and exposed concrete in hallway past dry storage area.
  • [10-13-5] In-use ice bucket for ice machine located outside not stored in a protected manner between uses. Buckets not stored inverted and on top of hot water heater. Employee relocated.
  • [22-16-4] Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Reach in cooler underneath ovens at cook-line soiled.
