[08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the reach in cooler across from the cook line, observed raw live Mussels over cooked pasta. In the Stand alone cooler observed container of raw shrimp placed directly on top of container of cooked pork ribs. In the reach in cooler in the far left side of the kitchen observed, Raw tuna placed above ready to eat carrots and blue cheese. Operator rearranged foods for proper storage.
[01C-02-4] Establishment not maintaining clam/mussel/oyster tags for 90 days. Establishment is receiving live mussels, however is not keeping track of mussel tags for 90days. Operator stated tags have been thrown out.
[31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed individual dumping beer into the handwashing sink located at the bar. Operator stated individual was a contractor fixing their beer machine. Discussed with operator handwashing sink is only for handwashing to reduce and prevent contamination.
