  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the shelves in the hot holding unit with food debris build up.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stacked wet containers on the drying rack. Manager removed.
  • [32-05-4] Bathroom facility in disrepair. Observed the female restroom being closed to the public. Plumbers were onsite and were finished repairs during inspection. Bathroom was reopened to the public.
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed pancake batter on the counter time marked to be discarded at 3:04pm. Still on the counter at 3:14pm (1 pan) stopped sale issued, manager voluntarily discarded.
  • [03F-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed a2 pans of raw chicken and I half carton of raw shelled eggs with no time mark on them after manager stated they were held with time. Manager time marked.
  • [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed dust build up on the ceiling tiles and vents in the server area
  • [14-33-4] Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface in the prep area.
