Observed in lower flip top cooler oyster on the half shell (52F - Cold Holding); mussels (51F - Cold Holding); crab legs (49F - Cold Holding) per operator items held out of temperature less than one hour. All items not portion or prepared today. Operator moved items into walk-in cooler to chill.
