Observed employee drink in back kitchen on prep table next to freezer ,also observed employee drink inside tall reach in cooler next to tall reach in freezer, employee removed both drinks from the areas and discarded.

  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb in back kitchen next to triple sink , discussed with operator the importance of a vacuum breaker.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed case of whole chickens stored on floor and walk-in cooler, operator removed items off of the floor
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink in the back kitchen close to exit door was blocked with various items, employee moved items to make sink accessible
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed bottle of Fabuloso cleaning liquid stored over and next to ready to eat items, operator relocated chemicals to appropriate location.
