Per operator, placed out on the counter at noon upon opening. Operator placed on freezer to cool to 41°F or below and will keep in reach in cooler. One will be out for display only.
[31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed scrub wash and Brillo pads inside handwashing sink.
[33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed missing drain plugs for two dumpsters.
