Backflow prevention device missing at spigot on back of building. 3. Backflow prevention device missing at hose connection behind dumpster.
  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Five pans of frozen fish and shrimp thawing at room temperature in rear prep room. All items are still frozen. The manager moved the items back into a cooler to continue to thaw.
  • [08A-02-6] Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Open box containing raw frozen beef stored on shelf above portions of fully-cooked frozen crab and portions of frozen fruit. Manager moved the raw beef to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Remnants of old labels stuck to sides of three pans on clean dish rack in back of kitchen.
