Observed in the walk in cooler: Ambient shell eggs (52F - Cold Holding); Tofu (49F - Cold Holding). All other foods in the cooler were not temperature sensitive. Operator stated the products had been there for approximately 2hrs. Operator placed them in their reach in cooler.
[25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed single service articles not inverted. Operator inverted them.
[33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed a missing drain plug on the dumpster.
[41-07-4] Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed burn cream stored over food products and observed a container of vitamins stored in the reach in freezer. Operator removed the items.
