- [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In top portion of make table: cheese (60-62F - Cold Holding). Cheese is on top of load limit in foam tray. Manager stated item was placed there an hour ago and moved to bottom of unit.
- [42-03-5] Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. Bin with soiled dishes on top of bin with dry goods inside. Manager moved pan of dishes to floor.
- [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Plate inside bin of sugar. Removed during this inspection.
