- [12A-09-4] Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee at front counter cleaned thr cutting board with a wiping cloth with gloved hands, then proceeded to plate biscuits and gravy without washing hands or changing gloves.
- [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Bowl without handle stored down inside cut potatoes in reach-in cooler at front counter. Manager replaced the bowl with a handled scoop during this inspection.
- [33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster. Drain plug missing from dumpster behind building.
- [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Two employee phones on shelf above prep table near cookline. Manager removed both phones from thr area during this inspection.
- [21-38-4] Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Sanitizer bucket stored directly on floor at cookline. Manager removed the bucket from the floor during this inspection.
- [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Two employees working in kitchen and handling food without proof of food handler training or proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Inspector provided manager a new copy of the employee health reporting agreement during this inspection.
- [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. 1. Open pan containing raw hamburger meat stored on shelf directly above package of whole portions of beef that has not been needle injected or blade tenderized. Manager moved the in-tact beef above the ground beef during this inspection. 2. Bowl containing pooled raw eggs (french toast mix) stored on shelf directly above flat containing raw shell eggs inside reach-in cooler at front counter. An employee moved the french toast mix to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
- [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Unlabeled spray bottle containing degreaser in warewash area. Manager added the proper label during this inspection.
