Observed whipped butter (44F - Cold Holding) at front counter, as per employee less than 2 hours, employee add more ice to container for rapid cooling. Also observed fries (52F - Cold Holding) by flat grill at kitchen area, as per employee less than 45 minutes. Employee moved to reach in cooler during inspection.
