[24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On rack next to three compartment sink, plastic containers stacked before properly air drying.

In flip top reach in cooler in kitchen, half gallon of milk opened two days prior not date marked. Employee wrote date milk was opened on container.
