Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty. Other employee came from front counter, put gloves on, went to back of kitchen and put bagels in pan.

Operator states that they ran out of sanitizer this morning, at 9:00, an employee went to another Dunkin to get sanitizer. Sanitizer provided before end of inspection.
