Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty. Other employee came from front counter, put gloves on, went to back of kitchen and put bagels in pan.
[22-38-5] No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator states that they ran out of sanitizer this morning, at 9:00, an employee went to another Dunkin to get sanitizer. Sanitizer provided before end of inspection.
