  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Behind hot chocolate nozzle has brown slimy build up. Side walls of donut display has food debris.
  • [08B-54-4] Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash. Rack of bread and donuts next to drain board at triple sink. Employee is currently washing dishes. Rack was moved during this inspection.
