- [02A-01-5] Raw or undercooked oysters offered and establishment has no consumer advisory sign provided on wall, menu, placard, table tent or by any other written means. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Emailed for manager to print and post.

- [03B-01-6] Observed cooked chicken hot holding at 93°F next to stove. Per manager food aphid only been out for about 1 hour. Advised manager that food can not be hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
