  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee came from outside and touched different surfaces, then engaged in food prep put in the gloves on without washing his hands . Employee was coached and washed hands correctly.

  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chlorine test kit to check sanitizer concentration in Dishwasher machine.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Employee restocked the station.
  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizer 0 ppm . Employee replaced the bucket immediately, then 50 ppm.

Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Observed hand sink located by the kitchen entrance was removed, 3 compartment sink changed the location ( now by the entrance and also the equipments
