Observed dishwasher machine with chlorine sanitation solution of 0 ppm. Operator replaced the empty chlorine container. Recheck chlorine sanitation solution of 100 ppm.
  • [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use utensil in standing water of 90°F. Operator reheated the water at 135°F.
