Manager removed lid from product.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Also observed sanitizer cycle takes place before rinse cycle.
