  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw hard shell eggs over a pan of garlic rolls in the walk in cooler, operator moved the eggs to the bottom shelf.
  • [16-55-4] Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed dish machine with a reading of 0ppm chlorine after sanitize rinse, operator putting a work order in, will use the 3-compartment sink for the dishes.
  • [21-38-4] Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed sanitizing solution on the floor by the prep table with the slicer on it, operator placed in proper location.
