[41-05-4] Pesticide labeled for household use only present in establishment on shelf under prep table next to food and service equipment in kitchen. Operator sprayed pesticide labeled "for residential use only" on live roach crawling out of fryer oil box at cook line in kitchen. Advised Operator of proper use/storage.
