Inspector had the manager move the mushroom sauce to the freezer to rapidly cool to 41F.

Hole in wall below handwash sink at cookline. 4. Gaps in wall at corner near three-compartment sink. 5. Vents on ceiling throughout kitchen rusted. 6. Interior of cabinet below fountain machine rusted. 7. Door release button broken and missing on interior of walk-in freezer door.
