Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed : the bar dish wash machine at 0 ppm for chlorine. It was primed, no change. Engineering was called to trouble shoot. The main kitchen, 20 feet away has a 3 compartment sink and a working dish wash machine.
