Also, portable fan on floor at end of cook line has build up of dust. Also, on soda machine in server area, around nozzles soiled with build up.

In top of flip top reach in cooler across from fryers, raw chicken stored in pan behind pan of raw fish. Employee has to bring raw chicken over raw fish when grabbed out of cooler. Employee moved raw chicken to front and raw fish in back.
