  • Disposition: Inspection Completed - No Further Action
  • [14-71-4] Duct tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. Observed : duct tape used to seal the box/container that the mixer sits on.
  • [32-17-4] Self-closing device on bathroom door disconnected/broken. Observed : lack of a self closer on the restroom door.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : hand sanitizer stored on the front line reach-in cooler. This was moved to the employee shelf.
  • [35B-01-4] Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed : when the back door is locked, daylight shows through from the top and bottom.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed : lack of a hand wash sign at the front line hand wash sink.
  • [02C-03-5] Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed : a partial gallon of milk, opened 3 days ago per the owner, no use by date. The date was added.
  • [48-04-4] Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. Observed : a LP gas grill size tank stored under the back wall oven.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed : a back pack stored on the front line wire rack(behind the restroom) over to go and silverware pouches. The back pack was moved below.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed : 3 drinks on the first prep table in the kitchen. These were moved to the bottom shelf.
  • [16-32-5] Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Observed : the test strips on hand did not indicate a change from dry to test.
