  • [27-16-4] Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee hand sink. Observed that the handwashing sink located in the preparation kitchen did not have running hot water available. The issue was corrected during the inspection, and running water was restored by the employee.

Observed raw fish thawing in standing water in the handwashing sink located in the preparation kitchen. During the inspection employee removed fish and placed it in reach in cooler.
  • [08A-24-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other during preparation based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken and raw pork thawing together in the sink in the preparation kitchen. During the inspection employee removed items.
  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bib, located near the mop sink.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed shredded beef (78F - Hot Holding); chickpeas soup (87F - Hot Holding), in steam table. As per employee food was placed in steam table 2 hours before the inspection. During the inspection, the employee reheated the items to proper temperatures: shredded beef to 169°F and chickpea soup to 171°F.
  • [29-08-4] Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed that the handwashing sink located in the preparation kitchen did not have running water available at the time of inspection. The issue was corrected during the inspection, and running water was restored by the employee.
  • [36-37-5] Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas.
