Employee entered kitchen from outside and touched clean pans without washing hands. Manager had employee wash hands and returned pan to dish area.

- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Spoon stored in hand washing sink next to kitchen entrance from bar area. Employee removed spoon during inspection.
- [33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster. Dumpster behind building.
- [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Ceiling vents above wait station prep table with microwave dusty.
