- [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On rolling cart at cookline: steak (54F - Cold Holding). Employee stated the steak has been held at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes and added ice to begin cooling the steak to 41F.
- [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Pans containing cooked chicken and cooked beef missing date marks on shelf inside walk-in cooler. Manager stated both items were cooked two days prior and added the proper date marks during this inspection.
