Employee stated the above items had been prepare onsite more than 24 hours prior , and then proceeded to date items properly to meet standards of inspection.

All of the above items where not time marked. Staff stated the items get changed out about every hour. Staff always stated items were placed out 1 hour prior to and marked time for items.
