Manager removed both personal items from the areas during this inspection.

Ziplock bag containing frozen fully-cooked turkey missing date mark inside reach-in freezer near back door of kitchen. Manager added the proper date mark during this inspection.

  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Wet nested drink cups in server station.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at handwash sinks in prep area or near dish machine. Manager replenished both during this inspection.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Container of plumbing glue stored on shelf beside single-use foam takeout containers. Manager removed the glue from the area during this inspection.
  • [35A-03-4] Dead roaches on premises. Four dead roaches on shelf inside cabinet be,ow microwave. Manager cleaned the area during this inspection.
