  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed by the pizza oven. The manager brought towels.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk (55F - Cold Holding) at the front counter. As per the food handler the milk was put there for approximately 15 minutes. The food handlers put it in a container with ice to cool it down.
  • [08A-04-5] Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed raw shell eggs over potatoes at the cook line. The manager moved the eggs to the bottom shelf.

  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed in the AC room.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food.
