  • [14-42-4] Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. One hood filter missing on the exhaust hood in the preparation area.
  • [27-16-4] Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. No hot water provided at the hand wash sink in the salad preparation area. Chef stated the plumber had been notified about the hot water.
  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine sanitizer reading 00ppm chlorine, chef called the technician. The technician arrived and fixed the sanitizer in the dish machine before the end of the inspection, new reading 100ppm chlorine.
