Critical Major Minor

  • Inspection Completed - No Further Action
  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Test dish washer machine reading 0ppm prime it and retest it is still reading 0ppm. Inspector checked the sanitizer gallon bucket and it was empty. Operator called owner and owner is on the way to put a new sanitizer bucket. Owner had to buy one because they doesnt have extra one on property. Owner is has change empty one with the new one. And now its reading 50 ppm
  • [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Hand wash sink in cooking area has a small leak in pipe has water is running.
  • [25-05-4] Single-service articles improperly stored. Observe in dry storage back area. Had single service containers protected in plastic container stored directly on the floor. Operator took it off the floor.
